1. HMRC Gift Aid Tax reclaim for year 2010 has been paid. £1,398 was claimed, £1,577-24 was paid, this included £179-24 'Transitional Relief'

Claim for 2011 will be made in February 2012, the final anticipated figure should be circa £1,800-00.

2. A generous Legacy Gift Donation of £5k has been made to KHA CTF for Bursaries in 2011.

3. The committed cost of bursaries for the school year 2012 has been calculated at £12k per term, total £36k.

The school Year being Xmas Term 2011, Easter Term 2012 and Summer Term 2012.

The outstanding committed cost consists of:

'Credit' of approx. £3.8k for Xmas 2011.(£8,180 having only been paid to date.) and

Summer Term 2012.£12k.

4. In March a bequest of £600-00 was made to KHA CTF from Mrs.Vera Conoly upon the death of her husband Patrick Conoly ( KHS Old Boy )

5. KHA have been in receipt of £290-00 from the Harry Brisco estate from the sale of residual shares.

This will appear in the 2012 accounts.

6. £120-00 from the General Bank account was paid towards prizes for the pupils on careers day.

7. Year 2010 formal accounts are being prepared by Andrew Morrison.

8. Please note Ruffers dividends have now been factored into incoming resources.
