Alfie makes his debut at Cheltenham Race Course

alfie4 thmCurrent year 8 pupil Alfie Martindale competed in a pony race at the prestigious Cheltenham racecourse on 9th April 2013, where he tried his hand at racing for the first time.
 
 
 
He is being coached by Andrew Tinkler who is top flight professional jockey.

Alfie is a regular North Cotswold Pony Club member and has several ponies. He competes regularly in a range of activities such as dressage, show jumping and hunter trials. He has represented Kingham Hill at Gawcott and Winchester hunter trials so far and plans to do some more competitions in the near future.
